Jim is a native of East Tennessee and moved to Maryville in 2004. He has 8 years experience in real estate having served as the general manager of a large cabin rental company, working with multiple agents in the Smokies. Jim graduated from Farragut High School before furthering his education at Western Kentucky University where he was elected President of his Sigma Chi Fraternity chapter. Jim has been married to his wife, Summer for 14 years and they have three children; Cole, Reese and Cade. The family enjoys golf, youth sports, swimming, travel and supporting Summer’s competitive running. A lifelong Tennessee Vols fan, Jim’s first “job” was selling programs at UT home games.

Halee Bivens is the Dwight Price Group Administrative Assistant who handles the “behind the scenes”
marketing and advertising of all listings. She studied photography at Pellissippi State Community College and is the group’s real estate photographer. Rita grew up in the suburbs of Detroit, Michigan. There she met Frank, whom she married then moved to Tennessee. After living in the Knoxville
area for 30 years, she moved to Maryville, TN where she now resides. Her familiarity of the area gives her an edge when it comes to working with those in the area as well as those re-locating to East Tennessee.
